Imaging with an MSI-covered basic exam
When MSI covers a basic examination, our diagnostic imaging is available as an add-on. MSI coverage depends on age and medical condition. Where MSI declines, the full private examination fee applies. We can tell you what's covered before your appointment.

Missed Appointment Policy
Booking an appointment reserves a dedicated time slot, the imaging equipment, and a clinician's full attention. A few simple guidelines keep things running smoothly for every patient:
- Cancelling or rescheduling. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment.
- Late arrivals. If you arrive late, we may not be able to see you, and the appointment may be treated as missed.
- Rescheduling after a missed appointment. A missed appointment will need to be prepaid before it can be rebooked, and third-party billing isn't available for the rescheduled visit.
- Prepayment. If a prepaid rescheduled appointment is also missed, the prepayment can't be carried over or refunded.
We understand that emergencies and genuinely exceptional circumstances happen — if something comes up, talk to us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
And occasionally the patience runs the other way. Treating eye emergencies and complex cases can mean a doctor needs to flex their schedule and run a little behind. If that happens, we'll keep you informed of the timing and we appreciate your understanding.
